From Mount Olympus, the gods decide to test the value of a man. Baby Hercules is born, son of King Augius. But AugiusÂ’ throne is usurped by Minos, the captain of the guard, and his daughter Arianna. Zeus intervenes to save the baby, and a couple rescues him from the river in which he was left floating. Hercules grows to be a tremendously strong man. He becomes the bodyguard of Princess Cassiopeia and falls in love with her. When Arianna kidnaps Cassiopeia, Hercules sets off in search of his loved one, undertaking a journey that will take him to the island of the sorceress Circe, the lake of Hades and the land of Atlantis.
